For Hispanics across the world, December is jammed packed with celebrations, including Las Posadas (a nine day celebration and reenactment of Mary and Joseph’s search for shelter in Bethlehem). Since I’m a firm believer in enjoying life to the fullest, I think that includes hitting up as many holiday fiestas (parties) as stress free as possible.
In case you hadn’t noticed, the Mexican culture lives to celebrate family. Heck, we not only celebrate Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Grandparents’ Day, etc. but we even celebrate our dead via Dia de los Muertos.
