If you’re like me and grew up watching Thalia in everything from Timbiriche, to María Mercedes, to Marimar and María la del barrio, you already know about the Latina flair of this talented chica. It’s no surprise that her influence has gone beyond her talents, to now inspiring us through fashion! To that end she’s partnered with Macy’s to launch the debut of her new collection. The best part is you can join me as we celebrate Thalia Sody for Macy’s and check out the fab fashions inspired by this uber talented Latina.

I will be making a visit back to my home town of Edinburg, TX (the RGV – Rio Grande Valley) to catch up with the familia and to check out the Thalia Sodi Collection at the Macy’s at La Plaza Mall in McAllen, TX (my home town mall) – March 7th at 2pm. Join me! I’ve been told there will be tons of fun, music and fashion. Plus, with any purchase of Thalia Sodi shoes, you get a complimentary engraving. Super cool.

I don’t know about you, but I’m so excited! Not only because Macy’s has invited me to join in on the fun, but because fashion is yet another fun way to highlight our influence and cultura, which allows us to celebrate the bright, beautiful facets of diversity and that’s a beautiful thing.
