If you follow along you know that getting fit and healthy is top priority in my life. Exercise is something I try to do at least 3-5 days a week, while trying to follow intuitive eating habits through out the day. But snacking is a beast in and of itself, which is why I’m happy that Skinny Girl Popcorn officially hit the Walmart shelves earlier this month to provide some much needed low calorie snacking options.
Yes, Bethenny Frankel has gone beyond the Skinnygirl® Margarita into a lifestyle revolution to help us enjoy everyday moments without any guilt. 😀 For this venture she’s partnered with Orville Redenbacher’s® to provide great tasting popcorn, with fewer calories (25 calories per cup popped), in Butter & Sea Salt or Lime & Salt (my fav). Plus it also has:
No artificial flavors
No artificial colors
No artificial sweeteners (e.g. aspartame, sucralose)
No high fructose corn syrup
How cool is that?
Now, when the 3 o’clock snack monster hits, I can just pop one of these mini bags into the microwave and have just the right portioned size to satisfy my hunger craving during my work week.
Then I can do the same when that need to snack on something salty hits around the 8 o’clock hour when I’m at home relaxing, enjoying my reality TV (yes, I like to veg out on reality TV, please don’t judge). 😉
The best part is that now with football season back in full swing, I have these low cal #SkinnyGirlSnacks to enjoy and offer to guests. And because they are so flavorful they won’t even know I’m saving them calories. 😉
Win, win all the way around I think. So head out to your local Walmart and try them for yourself and let me know what you think.
Which #SkinnyGirlSnacks do you think you’ll score big with – the Butter & Sea Salt or Lime & Salt?
