It really is amazing. Although I started a little late (I think I started on day 3)! I feel less stressed and more conscious of keeping my mental state positive. Sometimes I do it without even thinking about it sometimes it takes me longer to
Fix that mental state. I definitely notice a difference in my day to day life and that is what is motivating me to keep going with it. My husband is doing it too and we both are more relaxed and in lighter moods.
I think week two will be even better. 🙂
