I know that many of my fellow Texans aren’t as fond of our summers as I am, but I live for them because I can get out and explore. While I’m not 100% in when we hit our 100 degree marks, I prefer the heat to cold any day, so I find a way to make it through. Whether it’s that I decide to take a stroll in my neighborhood, city or a fab nearby location, I know the hot summer sun requires planning on my end. That’s where these summer healthy essentials come into play.
First is Neutrogena’s line of sunscreen products. My skin isn’t the most tan friendly, especially when I’m trying to get my first sun of the season, so I tend to turn to good quality, higher SPF’s to keep my skin from getting red and burnt. Whether I hit the lake, the river, or the beach this summer, I know I can rely on Neutrogena Beach Defense to protect my skin.
I also know I can turn to Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist to cover those hard to reach places and to apply or reapply coverage. Whether I’m by water or on the trail, this sheer mist is easy to apply and feels so light and fresh it’s perfect for all the outdoor adventure and summer fun to come.
For me summer fun is all about hikes, swimming, scenic views, friends, family and my furbabies.
With so much action going on, a little scratch here and there is bound to happen. It’s because of this that Neosporin is also part of my summer essentials.
The best part is that these are all things you can quickly pick up at your neighborhood Walgreens. In fact, I picked these up in less than 10 minutes, on my way to river.
And the cool part is that with Walgreens Balance® Rewards I can earn Rewards points for walking, running, cycling, …basically for being healthy and enjoying the great outdoors.
So if you’re looking to manage your weight, quit smoking, or just looking to boost your overall health, you should head on over to Walgreens.com/healthychoices to start tracking your goals and earning points at the same time. Plus you can turn those points into dollars off future purchases toward more Johnson & Johnson Healthy Essentials products like these to help you stay active and healthy this summer.

I know, me too Janet! Thanks for stopping by! Hope you rack up points will all the summer fun to come 😀
Always a good idea to have that sunscreen. And, “OW !” on that scratch. Thank goodness you had the Neo !
Totally Tricia and thanks, that healed right up thanks to the Neosporin! Hope you enjoy a healthy summer!
I almost forget to get us sun block, then I end up spending “beach prices” to make sure our skin is protected.
Neosporin is a must for us and the two littles. They think it cures everything and I allow them to believe that. lol
I’m also a fan of all apps that give me discounts and builds points.
Isn’t that the truth Michelle. The price hike once your near water is pretty astounding, but we do what we can to make sure us and our loved ones are protected. Thankfully, there’s a Walgreens on practically every corner just for those last minute items and with their discounts and points, you’re bound to find savings every time. 😉
